Q: How do I book?
A: Click “Book Now” under your chosen package. You’ll select your date, time, and pay securely online to confirm your spot.

Q: Can I reschedule my session?
A: Yes — you can reschedule once at no charge if you give at least 48 hours notice.

Q: What should I wear?
A: Keep it simple and authentic to you — think jumpers, jackets, shirts, or layers that reflect your personality. Avoid busy patterns or visible logos, as they can distract from your face. The goal is to capture you at your most natural and confident.

Q: What happens after the shoot?
A: You’ll receive a proof gallery via Pixieset after your session. From there, you can select your favourite images, which will then be professionally edited and delivered within 7 days of your final selection.

Q: Can I purchase extra images?
A: Absolutely — additional retouched images ARE £10 PER IMAGE & can be purchased directly from your Pixieset gallery after your shoot. IMAGES ARE £10

Q: What happens if I’m late or can’t attend?
A: Sessions begin at your scheduled time. We understand that life happens — if you’re running late or need to reschedule, please let us know as soon as possible. Please note that no-shows without prior notice will forfeit their payment, and no refunds will be given.
