FITZY Photography — Client Terms & Conditions
Booking & Payment
A session is confirmed once the agreed payment or deposit has been received. Any remaining balance must be paid before final edited images are delivered.
Image Selection & Additional Edits
Each session includes the number of professionally retouched images stated in the chosen package. Additional edited images may be purchased at the current per-image rate at the time of booking.
Copyright & Photographer Usage
All photographs remain the copyright of FITZY Photography.
FITZY Photography reserves the right to use images from the session for portfolio display, website content, social media, marketing, competitions, and promotional material unless the client requests written privacy before the session takes place.
Client Usage & Image Alteration
Clients receive personal and professional usage rights for their final edited images (including Spotlight, social media, websites, and self-promotion).
Final images must not be edited, filtered, cropped, recoloured, or altered in any way without written permission from FITZY Photography.
If altered versions are published, FITZY Photography reserves the right to request their removal from all platforms.
Creative Style
By booking, the client acknowledges that they are familiar with the FITZY Photography style and editing approach. Final artistic decisions, including image selection and retouching, remain at the photographer’s discretion.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is requested for rescheduling where possible. Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a new date at the photographer’s discretion.
Delivery
Final edited images are delivered digitally via an online gallery. RAW or unedited files are not provided.
Agreement
By booking a session with FITZY Photography, the client confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
